Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts, to ensure the product remains safe during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
